Women make up 51% of the US population and 45% of our nation's workforce, but they're far less represented in business leadership. At Damaro, we see an opportunity to do something about this. We're inspired by women who've come before us, and in their honor we strive to fund scholarships to help increase the representation of women in business.

As a 501(c)(3), the mission of Damaro is to increase the representation of women in business by funding scholarships for women pursuing studies in business and/or business-related fields at accredited universities.
